Refund Policy
At Halal4All, customer satisfaction is important to us. We work hard to provide fresh halal meat, quality groceries, and accurate orders. Because we sell food, fresh meat, frozen, refrigerated, and perishable products, our refund policy must also protect food safety and product quality.
Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Perishable Items
Fresh meat, frozen foods, refrigerated products, dairy items, bakery items, produce, and other perishable items are generally not eligible for return once they leave the store, unless there is a verified issue with the product or order.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable items that have been opened, used, improperly stored, delayed after pickup, or handled outside our control.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations
A refund, store credit, or replacement may be considered if:
You received the wrong item
An item was missing from your order
An item was damaged before pickup
A product quality issue is reported promptly
You were charged for an unavailable item
The store confirms an order preparation error
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For best support, contact us on the same day of pickup.
Please provide:
Your order number
Your name and phone number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item, packaging, receipt, or label when applicable
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not refundable:
Opened food items
Used grocery items
Items damaged after pickup
Products not stored properly after pickup
Fresh meat accepted at pickup and later returned without a confirmed issue
Special orders or custom meat preparation unless the store made an error
Items returned after an unreasonable delay
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if preparation has not started. Once fresh meat is cut, packed, prepared, or the order is ready for pickup, cancellation may not be available.
Substitutions and Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we may contact you about a substitution. If no suitable substitution is available, the item may be removed from the order and the total may be adjusted when applicable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or WooCommerce payment system.
Final Decision
Halal4All reserves the right to approve, deny, or adjust refund requests based on product type, food safety, order history, timing, and the details of the issue.
