Shipping Policy
At this time, Halal4All primarily serves local customers through in-store shopping and local store pickup. We currently do not offer standard nationwide shipping for most grocery, frozen, refrigerated, or fresh meat products.
Because many of our products require careful handling, temperature control, freshness, and halal quality standards, we focus on providing safe and reliable pickup service from our Sterling store.
Local Pickup
Customers may place an order online and pick it up at our store location:

Pickup availability may depend on store hours, product availability, order volume, and preparation time.
Fresh, Frozen, and Refrigerated Products
Fresh meat, frozen items, dairy, refrigerated groceries, and temperature-sensitive products are prepared for pickup only unless Halal4All specifically offers another delivery option in the future.
Customers are responsible for picking up temperature-sensitive items promptly after the order is ready. Halal4All is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed pickup after the order has been prepared.
Order Processing Time
Most pickup orders are prepared as soon as possible during business hours. Processing time may vary depending on:

Fresh meat preparation
Product availability

Holiday or weekend volume

We may contact you if an item is unavailable, delayed, substituted, or requires confirmation.
Product Availability
Inventory may change quickly. Some items shown online may become unavailable before the order is prepared. If an item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement, remove the item, or adjust the order total when applicable.
Shipping Not Currently Available
Unless clearly stated during checkout, Halal4All does not currently ship orders by mail or carrier. If shipping becomes available in the future, shipping options, rates, delivery times, and restrictions will be shown at checkout.
